This Fulfillment Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and supported on https://digitallabx.com (the “Site”).

Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience while complying with industry standards and Stripe’s requirements for digital product fulfillment.


2. Digital Product Delivery

All items sold on Digitallabx are 100% digital and delivered instantly after successful payment.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Notion templates
  • Google Sheets tools and dashboards
  • Digital bundles (PDF, ZIP, or cloud-access links)
  • Branding kits, business tools, UI/UX resources
  • Marketing frameworks, documents, and growth systems

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

  1. An on-screen order confirmation
  2. An email receipt
  3. A secure download link or access instructions delivered automatically to your email

Most orders are delivered within seconds, but may take up to 5–10 minutes depending on email provider delays.

3. Order Confirmation

Every purchase triggers an automatic confirmation email that includes:

  • Product name and details
  • Payment summary
  • Download link(s) or access instructions

If the confirmation email does not arrive:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Confirm the email used during checkout
  • Contact us for assistance

4. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

Delivery issues are rare but may occur due to:

  • Incorrect email address
  • Email provider delays
  • File-hosting delivery issues

If an automatic delivery fails, we will:

  1. Re-send your product manually within 12 hours
  2. Provide an alternate secure delivery method (e.g., direct file link, temporary access link) if needed

We guarantee that all purchased digital products will be delivered.


5. Refund Eligibility

Digitallabx offers a 14-day refund policy for eligible digital purchases.

Refunds may be granted if:

  • You did not receive your product within 24 hours AND contacted support
  • The product is defective, inaccessible, or incomplete
  • You accidentally made a duplicate purchase

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • User error or incompatibility with software/tools not listed in the product description
  • Requests submitted after the digital product has been downloaded or significantly used
  • Misunderstanding of product features (customers must read the product description)
